Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Support Reporting: Assist in the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools.
- Dashboard Development: Learn to build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights to support business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. Recent graduates or students nearing completion of their degree are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Tools: Basic understanding of data visualization concepts (experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Python is a significant advantage).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
