Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, organize, and verify data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Preparation: Clean and preprocess data using SQL and Excel to make it ready for analysis.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize trends and metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify patterns and anomalies within datasets.
- Report Generation: Draft clear, concise monthly reports for management to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or Business) or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are required.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a strong plus but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attitude: A proactive approach to learning new technologies and analytical methods.
