Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy.
- Support Reporting: Help create, update, and maintain standard operational reports and dashboards for the management team.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Database Support: Collaborate with senior analysts to understand database structures and assist in query generation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of data workflows and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Sheets. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not required.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data quality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain data concepts to others.
- Tools: Eagerness to learn data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
