As a Junior Data Analyst, you will work closely with our senior team to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence that drives growth. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools while contributing to real-world projects.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and prepare large datasets using Excel and SQL to ensure accuracy for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in the development of interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Trend Analysis: Collaborate with senior analysts to interpret complex data trends and identify key business opportunities.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in data processes and propose innovative solutions to optimize data workflows.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.
- SQL Basics: Basic understanding of SQL queries and database structures is a plus but not required for this entry-level role.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive data and complex spreadsheets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate data into business insights.
