Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to present findings to stakeholders
- Assist in designing A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical approaches
- Present insights through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Participate in ongoing training to develop advanced analytical skills
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or career-changer with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Basic understanding of SQL and database structures
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Curiosity about data and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings
