Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to 500+ employees across multiple locations
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Document IT procedures and create troubleshooting knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotating schedule)
- Execute system updates, patches, and security protocols
- Assist with hardware/software lifecycle management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience required
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS administration
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
