Responsibilities
- Assist end-users with hardware and software troubleshooting via phone and in-person support.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Monitor and respond to IT help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Learn and utilize ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) to track support requests.
- Perform basic network diagnostics and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Update and maintain IT asset inventory records.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
