Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment and setup of desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone and email.
- Log and track IT support tickets in our ticketing system accurately.
- Maintain and update inventory records for IT assets and hardware.
- Collaborate with the team to improve IT processes and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Corpus Christi area.
