Responsibilities
- Assist users with hardware/software troubleshooting via phone, email, and remote support
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems following company protocols
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ITSM systems
- Participate in weekly training sessions covering Windows/Linux, networking, and cybersecurity
- Support internal IT infrastructure including printers, servers, and network devices
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex incident resolution
- Conduct routine system maintenance and patch updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Basic proficiency with Windows/Mac operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware installation duties
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
