Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across enterprise environments
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions using ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and implement best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system upgrades and migrations
- Support office technology including AV equipment and cloud applications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Must be available to start immediately with full-time availability
