Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software malfunctions on Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Configure, deploy, and manage new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical issues in the ticketing system.
- Assist in network troubleshooting and printer maintenance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security protocols and updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
