Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Manage ticketing systems and provide Tier-1 technical support
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Train users on new systems and software applications
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for site visits)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Service Desk, Jira)
