Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data models to optimize financial forecasting and risk assessment
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive product optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Maintain and enhance data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud-based ETL tools
- Present complex findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Financial services industry experience highly desirable
