Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS systems and network infrastructure
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and protocols
- Support office equipment including printers, AV systems, and mobile devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years experience in IT support or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or commitment to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site support
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
