Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and cabling
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Provide technical support to internal staff via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Document network configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures
- Assist with network security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure upgrades and projects
Qualifications
