Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 150+ employees
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers/switches
- Create and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and incident response
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- 0-2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/macOS, Office 365, and cloud applications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Valid Hawaii driver's license for occasional equipment pickups
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours including occasional weekends
