Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic network connectivity and hardware issues.
- Manage and update user accounts, permissions, and security access.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve technical skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as IP addresses, DNS, and firewalls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (we provide sponsorship).
