Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analytics experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects
