Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy and configure desktops/laptops, peripherals, and network equipment
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventory systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security and infrastructure projects
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives and continuous improvement programs
- Complete industry certification training (CompTIA A+/Network+)
- Assist with user training and technology adoption initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, and security protocols
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with customer service mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced team environments
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
