Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Execute usability testing, interviews, and competitive analysis to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency across web and mobile applications.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize concepts before development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards and are accessible to users with disabilities.
- Motion Design: Create subtle animations and micro-interactions to enhance the user experience and provide clear feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate end-to-end product design processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (equivalent experience is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for solving user problems.
