Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop computers and peripherals
- Assist with network troubleshooting and basic security protocols
- Create and maintain documentation of IT procedures and solutions
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system issues
- Participate in regular training sessions to expand technical knowledge
- Support office technology setup and maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
- Zero technical experience necessary – we train from the ground up!
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic computer literacy (typing, internet navigation, file management)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site support)
