Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install and configure workstations, networks, and peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex problem-solving
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training initiatives
- Support cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure basics)
- Assist with office technology setup and maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Office Suite)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- No prior IT experience required!
- CompTIA A+ certification training provided
