Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test suites across web/mobile applications
- Document defects using JIRA with detailed steps and expected outcomes
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and validate bug fixes
- Design test cases based on requirements and user stories
- Perform regression testing on new releases and updates
- Analyze test results to identify trends and improve processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in QA testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development cycles
- Experience with SQL database testing
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) preferred
