Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for internal employees efficiently.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Manage and update the company's asset inventory and documentation.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network uptime and security compliance.
- Learn and implement basic scripting and automation tools under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
