Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless network operations and security.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system accurately.
- Participate in structured training programs and prepare for industry certifications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain IT certifications.
- Reliable transportation to the Irvine office.
