Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Active Directory.
- Respond to help desk tickets and maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system upgrades and patches.
- Perform routine maintenance and IT asset management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems (10/11) and Office 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Ability to lift and carry IT equipment as needed.
