Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems across 500+ devices
- Provide Tier 1 support for network connectivity, security protocols, and cloud services
- Document technical procedures and troubleshoot complex user issues
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Implement disaster recovery plans and data backup solutions
- Train end-users on new technology implementations
- Monitor system performance using AIOps tools
- Participate in cross-functional IT improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and network diagnostics
