Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and resolve connectivity issues
- Implement network security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for remote and on-site employees
- Document network configurations and create/update technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud services (AWS/Azure) for hybrid network solutions
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for critical incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification required
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and packet analysis
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with cloud networking services (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network hardware and software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits
