Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide Tier 1 support via ticketing systems, phone, and in-person requests
- Assist with network troubleshooting, security protocols, and system updates
- Create and maintain documentation for technical procedures and knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Support end-users across 50+ company locations with empathy and efficiency

Qualifications
