Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person requests
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with network infrastructure maintenance and basic security protocols
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Participate in IT asset inventory management and deployment processes
- Support office technology setups and AV equipment troubleshooting
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system outages
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware/software concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly through structured training
