Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure platforms
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management strategies
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2)
- Troubleshoot complex cloud issues and provide engineering solutions
- Document architecture decisions and operational procedures
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong Linux/Windows administration skills
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Certification (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect preferred)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and VPN configurations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
