Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across hybrid environments
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Document network configurations and create maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cloud services teams for hybrid cloud integration
- Provide Tier 3 technical support to enterprise clients
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Administration or IT certification (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN implementations
- Experience with remote monitoring tools and ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in hybrid teams
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
