Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure company-issued hardware (laptops, peripherals)
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Install and maintain software applications across Windows/macOS environments
- Document support tickets in ITSM systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Assist with network cabling and infrastructure projects
- Participate in weekly training sessions for CompTIA A+/Network+
- Support user onboarding and equipment turnover processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 20 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Pass background/driving record checks
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies
