Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems using company-provided equipment

- Provide tier-1 user support via ticketing systems and remote tools
- Participate in vendor certification training for Cisco/CompTIA
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication for technical documentation
- Ability to lift 20lbs for equipment deployment
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
