Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across 50+ digital products
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers through workshops and portfolio reviews
- Analyze UX metrics to drive continuous improvement in user satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS applications
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Strong background in user research methodologies including usability testing and persona development
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience leading design sprints and cross-functional agile teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
