Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications
- Document bugs using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Validate software functionality across multiple devices and platforms
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct regression testing for new feature releases
- Analyze test results and provide quality improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and tools
- Basic knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) preferred
