Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Perform daily maintenance of computer systems, printers, and network devices.
- Respond to incoming help desk tickets and provide timely resolutions.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
