Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
- Document all help desk tickets, user requests, and technical issues accurately.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify root causes of technical problems.
- Support the deployment of new hardware and software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
