Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for 150+ employees
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and cloud applications
- Document technical procedures in our knowledge base system
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Participate in quarterly IT security awareness campaigns
- Support helpdesk ticket resolution (SLA: 4-hour response)
- Complete CompTIA A+ certification during training period
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong customer service skills with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation/maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
