Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform routine network audits and security updates to protect data integrity.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding network issues.
- Document network architecture, changes, and configurations.
- Collaborate with system administrators to ensure seamless integration.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
