Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across all products
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing to validate design decisions
- Present design concepts and rationale to executive leadership with compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex SaaS applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Experience implementing design systems and maintaining component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
