Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components (servers, workstations, printers)
- Manage and resolve user tickets via our ticketing system
- Perform system backups, updates, and security patching
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Assist with network monitoring and basic infrastructure maintenance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
