Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux operating systems and cloud services
- Assist with network monitoring, security patching, and backup management
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in weekly training sessions and certification prep
- Support internal users via ticketing system and helpdesk channels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge
- Must pass background check and drug screening
