Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Assist with network infrastructure maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Implement security protocols and best practices for data protection
- Support end-users via ticketing systems and remote assistance tools
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and user training
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote desktop tools
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and industry standards
- Ability to lift 20lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
