Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain hardware/software systems across 500+ endpoints
- Resolve Tier 1/2 tickets using ServiceNow, Jira, and SolarWinds
- Execute network troubleshooting with Cisco/Juniper equipment
- Assist in Azure cloud infrastructure deployments
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base articles
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (after training)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server/Active Directory
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Preferred: Experience with PowerShell or scripting
