Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 hardware/software troubleshooting for desktop/laptop systems
- Assist with network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN)
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations using imaging tools
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ITSM software
- Support user account management in Active Directory
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex incident resolution
- Participate in weekly cybersecurity awareness training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CompTIA A+ preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware deployments
- Valid California driver's license for occasional site visits
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
