Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide Tier 1 support via ticketing systems, phone, and in-person assistance
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and network equipment
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset inventories
- Collaborate with senior staff on system upgrades and security patches
- Train end-users on productivity tools and security best practices
- Participate in after-hours rotation for critical system support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred (A+, Network+)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in varied office/server environments
- Valid Alaska driver's license (for occasional off-site support)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) a plus
- Must pass background check and pre-employment skills assessment
- Alaska residency required (relocation assistance available)
