Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Create comprehensive design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user needs throughout development cycles
- Analyze user behavior data and iterate designs based on performance metrics
- Document design decisions and create detailed specifications for development teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex SaaS or enterprise products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with strong visual design sensibilities
- Proven ability to conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints and responsive design patterns
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders
