Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Develop detailed user personas and journey maps to guide the product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical implementation.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and defend design decisions to stakeholders with confidence.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your process.
- Proven experience in conducting user research and translating data into design solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
