Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including laptops, printers, and servers
- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions in ITSM systems
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic maintenance
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects and training sessions
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including patch management and access controls
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work with physical IT equipment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Passion for technology and willingness to pursue certifications
